Returns

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • In its original packaging

  • With proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used personal care products (such as hair oil, shampoo, beauty cream, or other beauty products) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or opened personal care products

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

If you have questions about a specific product, please contact us before purchasing.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges unless the item is damaged or incorrect.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refund will be issued the next day after the returned product is received.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be transferred to the customer’s bank account, Easypaisa, or JazzCash account.

Please ensure you provide correct account details for refund processing.
